North Star Nature Suites™ caters to adults, providing a refined and tranquil retreat. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and stay at North Star Nature Suites™.

To ensure the privacy and enjoyment of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

Yes. Weekdays – 2 nights allowing guests Sunday-Wednesday check-in options. Weekends – 3 nights with check-in Friday and check-out Monday.

Guests may Check-in to their Nature Suite at 3pm and Check-out is promptly at 10am* We offer an early check-in and late check out fee of $50 when possible. Please inquire at info@northstarnaturesuites.com

On the morning of your check-in date you will receive an email with your unique check-in code which will give you access to our gated entry and also your assigned Nature Suite. Follow the signs up the mountain to your suite. For check-out simply lock the door behind you and drive off the property and make plans for your next visit!

•  100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation minus a 3% payment processing fee.
•  Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will result in you being charged 50% of total reservation cost.*
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will result in you being charged the total reservation cost.
• Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and nonrefundable.
  *We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 30 days prior to check-in
  for a 10% rescheduling fee.

Yes, during your booking check-out you can select travel insurance. Terms and conditions are available at check-out.

We are pleased to offer a provisioning service that allows you to pre-order food and beverages before your arrival. These items will be stocked in your suite upon your arrival. Additionally, during your stay, you may contact your hosts for any additional items available for purchase onsite between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM daily.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we maintain a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please be aware that a fine of up to $500 may be applied for violations.

Approximately 5 days before your check in date you will receive an email with a provision list
with pricing. Select the items that you would like pre-stocked in your Nature Suite upon your
arrival. (Example of items- Water, Beer, Wine, Pizza making kit, S’more kit, Charcuterie board)

There are eight (8) Nature Suites currently.  There are plans to expand in the near future as our 55 acre property features multiple different build sites.

The Nature Suites are strategically designed and spaced to maximize privacy for each of our guests whether inside the suite or out in their private outdoor space.

Yes. Chattanooga (CHA), Knoxville (TYS) and Nashville (BNA) all have airports for commercial and private aircraft. Upper Cumberland Regional Airport is located in Sparta featuring a full-service FBO and rental cars for private aircraft.
