Reservation Policies

• Traditional rates offer nightly accommodations for up to two adults over the age of 25. 
• A two-night minimum is required. 
• Rates are subject to change.

Children and Pet Policy

North Star Nature Suites™ is a private, adult-oriented mountain retreat, intentionally crafted for couples and solo travelers seeking calm, reconnection, and uninterrupted relaxation in nature. We have a strict no children and no pets policy.

Arrival and Departure

We guarantee your suite to be ready at 3pm CT on the day of arrival. We encourage you to arrive before dusk and no later than 8pm CT. Check out is promptly at 10am CT.  If your suite is available, 12pm CT early check in and late checkout for can be requested for $75 each.

4WD/AWD Requirements

Due to the elevated and secluded mountain setting, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach the accommodations. 

If your vehicle is not 4WD/AWD, we will provide a complimentary 4WD UTV for your private use throughout your stay. Dedicated on-site parking is available, allowing you to leave your personal vehicle while you unwind at North Star Nature Suites™.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation unless reservations are made within 7 days of check-in
• Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will be charged at 100% of the total reservation cost.
• We happily offer rescheduling up to 30 days before check-in for a 10% rescheduling fee.

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit will be held. It will be refunded 7-10 after your departure if there is no damage or fees incurred.

No Smoking Policy

We have a strict no smoking policy which enables us to maintain an atmosphere that always feels inviting and exceptionally cared for. Please note, violations will result in a fee of $500.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates used for reservations adhere to the same policies as traditional reservations. Gift certificates for North Star Nature Suites™ do not expire, and they are non refundable and non transferable.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel protection at the time of initial reservation.
